GPS316-23 is gas atomized Iron Alloy Powder, can be used as Thermal Spray Powder, PTA Powder and laser cladding. It is a general-purpose stainless steel alloy with good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and many organic and inorganic chemicals. The 316L alloy withstands the normal corrosive attack of the everyday environment that people experience. Compare with 316, it has lower carbon content.
SS316L Powder also more economical than Nickel Alloy Powder and Cobalt base alloy powder. Becuase of good anti corrosion property can be used for marine part and other part which works at moist environment.
