GP10CU from XTC Luoyang is a kind of Tungsten Carbide Powder made from fine WC, the chemical composition is 86WC-10Co-4Cr. It is often called as Thermal Spray Powder of HVAF HVOF Powder since it is normally used by HVAF/HVOF application to spray, which will form an intensive coating with compact microscopic structure and high bonding strength ( ≥70MPa) on surface of the workpieces so as to offer them with wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
This High Temperature Powder could be operated under the temperature of 500°C, and could be used for Flame Spray Coating. It is usually applied to corrugator rollers of papermaking industry and gate valves or ball valves to extend their service life so as to save cost of factories.

The Thermal Spray Coating micro hardness is 1000-1300 HV0.3 with porosity less than 1%, and the deposit efficiency is 45-60%. It is a very commonly used thermal spray powder, is suitable for steel, oil/gas and papermaking industries.
