XTC Tungsten Carbides GP10CU-19 which is made by fine size carbides, refers to WC-10Co-4Cr Tungsten Carbide Powder, 5-30um Thermal Spray Powder, is most commonly used by HVAF spray and is one of the most popular HVAF powder. The working efficiency is better than HVOF themral spray powders. This powder is a tungsten carbide based, made from medium Tungsten Carbide powder, It is able to form a Thermal Spray Coating with excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. The manufacturing process is Agglomerated and Sintered which leads to a more intensive coating and high bonding strength of at least 70Mpa.
Its maximum operating temperature is 500 °C (930 °F). This kind of thermal spray material is mainly applied on valve parts, petroleum pipeline repair, steel rolls, corrugator rolls and could help to extend the service life of workpieces. This HVAF Tungsten Carbide Coating always maintains great performance in high pressure and salty environment.
The micro hardness of the coating formed by GP10CU-19 is 1000-1400 HV0.3 and the deposit efficiency is 45-60%
