GP07N is a kind of Tungsten carbide Thermal Spray Powder, with the composition of 73% Tungsten carbide+ 20% Chromium Carbide and 7% Nickel, the particle size is 15-45um. The powder shape is spherical due to the manufacturing process of agglomerated and sintered. It is one of HVOF Powder which could be applied with both HVOF/HVAF with excellent oxidation resistance better than WC-Co coating, so it is often used for coating gate valves
