GP25NC-3 is a kind of Chromium Carbide Thermal Spray Powder, with the composition of 75% Cr3C2+25%NiCr, the particle size is 20-53um. The powder shape is spherical due to the manufacturing process of agglomerated and sintered. It is one of HVOF Powder which could be applied with both HVOF/HVAF with excellent high temperature resistance which allows it to be performed under the temperature up to 850°C, so it is often used for coating furnace bottom roller in steel industry in order to extend the service life.
