GPFe1100-23 is a Fe base alloy powder. Self-fising iron base alloys are basically iron-carbon alloys with additiond of Chromeium boron and silicon. They are typically used on mechanical parts for resisting wear and weak acid corrosion. Even though therie propertied are not as good as Nickel, cobalt alloys, they are readily available and inexpensive, making them popular in less critical applications.
Excellent welding properties with nice and smooth deposit, homogenous hardness within deposotion layers. Exceptional impact and abrasive wear properties.
The hardness of Fe1100 is 35-40 HRC, can be used as Pta Welding Powder, Thermal Spray Coating and Laser Cladding Powder. Becuase of it special good resistant and corrosion resistant property can be used for oil &gas engine valve for car industry.
