Alumina-titania is a composite Thermal Spray Powder produced using the electric fusion crushing process. It can be used to spray extremely wear-resistant ceramic coatings with good intergranular bonding to the substrate. These coatings exhibit excellent resistance to abrasive particle wear, corrosion, and can withstand temperatures of approximately 540℃. They also have a very low porosity rate and excellent grinding smoothness.
And has some product performance like: wear-resistant grain wear, hard surface resistance, cavitation resistance, particle erosion resistance, sliding wear resistance, easy to grind. Mainly used for Thermal Spray Coating like Flame Spray Coating and plasma spray coating.
Alumina-titania can be sprayed to create highly wear-resistant ceramic coatings, which can be used in various applications such as pump liners, seal sleeves, rotating components within seal sleeves, household appliances (such as irons, frying pans, etc.), textile machinery, plungers, piston rods, and paper rollers.
