GP10C-20 from XTC Luoyang is a kind of Tungsten Carbide Powder made from medium WC, the chemical composition is 86WC-10Co-4Cr, PSD is 10-30um. It is often called as Thermal Spray Powder of HVAF HVOF Powder since it is normally used by HVAF/HVOF application to spray, which will form an intensive coating with compact microscopic structure and high bonding strength ( ≥70MPa) on surface of the workpieces so as to offer them with wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
This High Temperature Powder could be operated under the temperature of 500°C, and could be used for Flame Spray Coating. It is usually applied to corrugator rollers of papermaking industry and gate valves or ball valves to extend their service life so as to save cost of factories.
The powder is in spherical shape because it is produced by agglomerate and sinter process.
