Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology announced the list of selected national innovation talent promotion plans for 2015, including 50 innovation teams in key areas. Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute's "Green Welding Materials and Technology" innovation team was successfully selected.

The “Green Welding Materials and Technology” innovation team of Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute is the “polymer material molding and mold” innovation team led by Academician Shen Changyu, the president of Zhengzhou University, and the “Shield” led by Hong Kairong, the chief engineer of China Railway Tunnel Group. After the innovation team of “Drilling Technology”, the third national innovation team in Henan Province.
