From July 26th to 28th, the system re-evaluation teacher of the IAM International Advanced Manufacturing Promotion Department of the Group rushed to Luoyang to conduct a three-day IAM evaluation system re-evaluation work. The re-evaluation work was presided over by Yu Yong, the manager of the Advanced Manufacturing Promotion Department. All three business divisions were awarded three-star certification, and four teams were awarded four-star certification. The establishment and operation of the IAM evaluation system aims to guide and promote the subsidiaries of Xiamen Tungsten Group to better implement the IAM management concept, learn and understand and apply IAM methods and tools, improve the level of advanced manufacturing, and promote the goal of Xiamen Tungsten International in the advanced manufacturing stage.
This re-evaluation work mainly includes three contents: division level, team level and on-site management (trial evaluation), covering three major divisions including hard surface material division. During the on-site re-evaluation process, 5S, TPM, team construction, personnel skills and other modules were checked in detail. The re-evaluation judges pointed out the problems existing on the site one by one and put forward suggestions for improvement. The 5S management and the team construction of the Hard Surface Materials Division were commended. And the production process of Thermal Spray Powder is strictly controlled. After intense re-evaluation work, a total of 4 four-star teams were selected, including the hard surface material wet grinding team, the grading team, the packaging team.
The evaluation team put forward higher requirements for the company in terms of the eleven major modules of on-site management, such as team management, standard operation, and production plan management.
In the end, Manager Yu Yong presided over the awards and took pictures. The achievement is inseparable from the high attention and strong support of leaders at all levels of the company, as well as the hard work of colleagues.
