Description：

Stainless Steel 309/309L is thermal spray consumables and Welding Material. It is controlled with metallurgy and surface finish which ensures high quality welds and reliable wire feeding. Our SS 309/309L Mig wires are most popular in applications where robots are used and also in jobs where continuous welding through machines. In all the applications of SS 309/309L Filler Wire has the best weld quality and acceptance.

309 is an austenitic heat resistant alloy with oxidation resistance to 1900°F under constant temperature conditions. When frequent thermal cycling is involved, the alloy is resistant to about 1850°F. The high chromium and relatively low nickel content of 309 provide good resistance to high temperature sulfur bearing atmospheres. 309 has only moderate resistance to carbon absorption and is not suggested for use in highly carburizing atmospheres.

Compared with Iron based powder, wire can achieve high usage efficience and more economic property.
