GPNi21APTA-23 PTA Powder is a kind of Nickel based Pta Welding Powder produced by gas-atomization process, and appears as spherical shape. It is also a kind of Nickel based Alloy powder but could be applied with PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) method mainly for glass mould industry. The particle size range is 53-150um, which is suitable for PTA process.
The application of this Metal Alloy Powder among glass moulds industry, could be sprayed bottom plates, mould bottoms, neck rings etc, so as to strengthen these workpieces and extend their service life. Coating hardness is within the range of HRC 20 – 35, and the coating of the Metal Spray Powder performs great wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
