GPNi60AA-4 15-45µm is gas atomized Nickel Alloy Powder and spherical powder which can be used for HVOF、spray&fuse . Becuase of it's high hardness and good anti-corrosion property, Ni60AA has widely useage for surface engineer. Like steel roller, screw, hydraulic etc. When mixed with pure Tungsten Carbide Powder, can hugely improve the wear resistant feature by Pta Welding Powder and Laser Cladding Powder.
Ni60 series has low oxygen content, good particle surface quality and high degree of spherical.Excellent wear resistance at low stress, adhesive wear performance, good impact toughness, excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance.Low melting point, wide range of solid-liquid temperature, strong wetting ability for a variety of substrates and WC particles and easy to operate.
Widely used for pre-protecting and repairing of plunger, valve gate, screw shaft. And Ni60 series is suitable for Spray & fuse, PTA welding, Laser cladding and HVOF process.
